Studio Rules: 

Please note that Sanctuary Studios is a smoke, alcohol, and weapons free environment.

1. There is limited space for additional parties, so please ONLY artist on the song in the session or manager. 

2. Please no interruption while the artist and engineer is working. It is important that the artist and engineer communicate with each other without outside disturbances

3. NO HANGING OUTSIDE IN FRONT, SIDE, OR BACK OF THE BUILDING. This area is surrounded by other professional business and we want to maintain a level of professionalism and respect to other tenants in the area.

4. Be on time for your session as we start promptly.
